APARTMENT BURGGASSE

This bright and quiet 105m2 (1121 square feet) apartment is centrally located in the 7th district of Vienna. It is situated on the 5th floor (elevator) with view on Leopoldsberg. It has a small balcony, is furnished comfortably and has room for up to six persons.

Equipment

All rooms are accessible separately. The living room and one bedroom have cable-TV.
We provide PC with internet-access as well as WLAN for free.

- Sleeping accomodation:
   1st bedroom with 1 big double bed
   2nd bedroom with 2 big single beds (200 x 90 cm)
   3rd bedroom with 2 big single beds (200 x 90 cm) and 1 sleeping-couch for 2 persons
  All sleeping rooms look onto a courtyard - therefore it is very quiet at night.

- The access to the balcony is via the 3rd bedroom.
  

- The living room offers a cosy seating, workstation with internet-access and cable-TV.
  From the big dining-table you have a very nice view onto the "Viennese Mountains" and
  the roofs of Vienna.

- The kitchen has a modern equipment including refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher,
  a gas stove, a microwave, a coffee maker and a little seating accomodation.

- In the 1st bathroom with a tub/shower there is also a washing machine with a dryer.

- In the 2nd bathroom are a shower and a toilet.
  Soap, shower-gel and hair-dryer are offered.

- We provide sufficient bed linen, towels and tea towels.
- On request and extra charge we offer additional cleaning.

- On request we can offer one parking garage for EUR 7.-/day.

  As our Garage is an automatic paternoster-garage, a car must not measure more
  than the mentioned dimensions, for damage we are not responsible.
