APARTMENT NEUSTIFTGASSE C

This modern equipped 92 m2 (982 square feet) apartment is situated on the third floor (elevator) and looks onto aquiet courtyard. Due to its central location in the 7th Viennese district it offers a wide range of openings for tourists, most of the tourist attractions can be reached very easily by public transport.

In the whole apartment we provide WLAN for free.

The apartment is surrounded by a 25 m2 balcony, which is equipped with table and chairs.
In the warmer season you can take your breakfast there or just relax.

Two further apartments for 6 persons each are offered in the same building.
Also we offer a garage at Burggasse 105 on request.

Equipment:

- In the living room you find a cosy leather couch, couch table, cable-TV, radio and a big table with chairs.

- In the sleeping room is a big double bed for two persons.

- In the second sleeping room are two single beds for two persons(200 x 90 cm).

- In the third sleeping room are two single beds for two persons (200 x 90 cm).

- A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, microwave,
   tea boiler, coffee maker, plates, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine.

- A bathroom with a tub/shower.

- WC and entry room.

Towels, tea towels and bed linen are offered, for extra charge we can organize a cleaning woman.
