If you stay longer than 7 nights you get a discount of 5%,
if you stay longer than 14 nights you get a discount of 10%.

For babies (age 0 - 2 years) we provide a crib for free.

Prices include all charges, taxes and final cleaning (at a minimum stay of 3 nights).
If you only want to stay for 2 nights (minimum stay) we demand a cleaning charge of EUR 35.- .
Payment
We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total amount.
It is possible to pay the deposit with your credit card per PayPal (plus PayPal fee of 4 %).
Please pay the remaining amount in cash (EUR) at your arrival.

Cancellation
The guest has to announce a cancellation as soon as possible.
If the guest informs us in written form until latest 28 days before date of arrival, we transfer his deposit back to him.

On demand we can offer a parking garage at Burggasse 105 for EUR 7.-/day.
   Maximum dimension of the garage:
   Height.......170 cm
   Width........180 cm
   Length......510 cm
   Weight....1750 kg
As far as our Garage is an automatic paternoster-garage, a car must not measure more
than the mentioned dimensions, for damage we are not responsible.

Arrival / Departure:
Generally you can move into your apartment from 1 pm (13:00).
On the day of your departure you have to leave by 10 am (10:00).
If you arrive after 11 pm (23:00) we have to demand an additional charge of EUR 30.- .
If you decide to depart later than 10 am (till 6pm) we have to demand an additional charge of EUR 30.- .
